Suite 1, Pocatello, Idaho 83201 until 11:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 for DPW
Project 19601 Replace Flooring and TV Cabinets, Resident Rooms, Division of Veterans Services,
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the replacement of TV cabinets
and flooring in resident rooms at the Idaho State Veterans Home in Pocatello, Idaho.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing
local time, at the Idaho State Veterans Home, 1957 Alvin Ricken Drive, Pocatello, Idaho 83201.
Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
