Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Ave.
Suite 1, Pocatello, ID 83201 until 1:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, February 1, 2024 for DPW Project
23354 LED Lighting, Admin Hallway, Maint. Warehouse, State Hospital South, Department of
Health & Welfare, Blackfoot, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include lighting system and lighting system
controls replacement for Administration building, PTF Building Cafeteria, and Maintenance Building
Warehouse.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the Administration Building Lobby, State Hospital South (SHS), Department of Health &
Welfare, 700 E. Alice St., Blackfoot, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $150.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $225,000
