ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson, Suite
1, Pocatello, ID 83201 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, March 28, 2024 for DPW Project 21-662
Remodel Counseling/Testing Center, Albion Hall, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Demolition and partial renovation of
the existing classroom and storage spaces within the limits of construction and the creation of
Reception/check-in space, large testing room, small testing rooms with testing stations, private testing rooms
for ADA accommodations, private office, waiting area, IT Equipment storage & staging space, and server
room.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, March 14, 2024, beginning at 2:00 p.m., prevailing local
time, at the Albion Hall, Building #61, Idaho State University, 1556 E. Terry Street, Pocatello, Idaho.
Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $250.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
