REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST
HWY 94/265 INTERS IMPVTS AND HWY 265/W. PLEASANT GROVE RD INTERS IMPVTS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms for engi-
neering services for Job No. 090674: Arkansas State Highway 265 at Highway 94 and Job No. 090675: Highway 265
at W. Pleasant Grove Road.
The work will generally consist of providing environmental studies, geotechnical studies, hydraulic studies and struc-
tures design, traffic studies, roadway design and plans, right-of-way plans for conversion of two (2) existing signalized
intersections to roundabouts at State Highway 265 and 94 (W. New Hope Rd) and State Highway 265 and W. Pleasant
Grove Rd in Rogers, Arkansas, which shall conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)
and the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT).
The project includes Federal STBGP-A funds with local match, and all work will be reviewed and approved by ARDOT.

The consultant selection for this letter of interest will follow the ARDOT’s Local Agency Consultant Selection
Procedures. After a review of all letters of interest received, selected firms will be furnished a scope of work and be
requested to submit proposals for accomplishing the work.
