• The scope of this project is to renovate existing space, to create visual and physical connection to the Dining Center J2 on the second level and First Floor JCL while improving the overall vertical circulation flow, to add a conveyor system to transport dishes from the first level JCL dining to the basement dish room. Construction is to take place in Phases. Phase I during Summer 2024 to install a new dish room conveyor system. Phase II during the Summer of 2025 is to build an elevator and the stairs connecting the first and second levels.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $3,300,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
