PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF GREENWICH*GLOUCESTER COUNTY NOTICE TO BIDDERS LABORATORY SERVICES CONTRACT FOR 2018 NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids for a Laboratory Services Contract with the Township of Greenwich, for 2017 to 2022, will be received by the Township of Greenwich on October 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., at the Greenwich Township Municipal Building, 420 Washington Street, Gibbstown, NJ 08027, New Jersey, at which time said bids will be opened and read in public. Specifications and bid forms are on file at the Greenwich Township Municipal Building, 420 Washington Street, Gibbstown, NJ 08027, and may be obtained by prospective bidders at said location by contacting the Municipal Clerk at 856-423-1038 ext. 206. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, labeled "LABORATORY SERVICES BID" and addressed to the Township of Greenwich ATTN: Municipal Clerk. All bidders must meet equal employment opportunity requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 as described in the specifications. The Township of Greenwich reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities as the interest of the Township may require. The Township of Greenwich is not responsible for loss or destruction of any bids mailed or delivered to the Municipal Clerk prior to the time set for bid opening.
