The evaluation of this RFP/RFQ may be based upon, but not limited to:
Total cost to ISU
Option 1: Cost of new utility vehicles without trade.
Option 2: Cost of new utility vehicles less a trade-in value. (Note: It is not required to bid the trade-in
value in order to bid)
Ability to provide the equipment specified
Lead Time
Ability to provide warranty/repair service within 24-48 hours of notification
Ability of equipment to function at the ISU Dairy Farm in the opinion of ISU. ISU may request a demonstration of
the unit(s) in order to determine if they can perform functions in a reasonable and effective manner
Rental Term.
