Senior & Disability Services (S&DS), a division of the Lane Council of Governments (LCOG), seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified entities to provide for a purchase of one (1) mobile outreach vehicle. Based upon the responses received to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), S&DS intends to contract with a Provider for a one-time purchase. S&DS has an immediate need to procure a Mobile Outreach Vehicle to reduce barriers to accessing social services to people living in rural locations, people in economic and social need, and economically disadvantaged people. The Mobile Outreach Vehicle will be outfitted as a mobile office space which will allow S&DS to travel to communities and provide its services to people within the vehicle itself. Ford, Freightliner, or Mercedes chassis. Model - Sprinter. Body Style - 24' to 26'. Non-CDL.
