The project is located at 25 Garden Drive, within the Credit Union Centre in the Town of Kensington. The work involves the following:
• Removal and proper disposal of the existing (50) high-bay fluorescent lighting fixtures.
• Supply and install new (50) LED luminaires, including:
- Impact-resistant lighting and required circuiting connections to replace the existing fluorescent fixtures.
- Removal and replacement of existing lighting controls with dimmable control units maintaining the current configuration of the control system.
