Description:

The Region of Waterloo Library (RWL) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies experienced in providing, and supporting, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to public libraries in Canada. The information gathered from this EOI will help inform a potential Request for Proposal process.
Please note that this is not a Request for Proposal but an initial supplier questionnaire for the purposes of learning more about available RFID-enabled products and services, and for identifying service providers who display the following characteristics:
a) The product and service offering is consistent with the fundamental requirements of the Region of Waterloo Library described later in this document.
b) The supplier’s financial position is sufficiently stable and is aligned with the anticipated scale of the envisaged implementation project and ongoing support
