Description:

The Contract l imits are Franklin Boulevard from Bloomington Drive to approximately 290m south of Carpenter Road. The Work proposed under this Contract includes:

  • Removal of existing chainlink fence;
  • Installation of noise walls;
  • Installing noise walls as an extension of existing retaining walls;
  • Tree removals;
  • Restoration of boulevard; and
  • Various other related items.
