Waterloo Wastewater Treatment Plant, Turbo Blower Replacement detail design and contact administration and inspection services during the construction phase. The consultant assignment generally includes the detail design for replacement of existing air bearing turbo blowers with pre-selected magnetic bearing turbo blowers.

A non-mandatory briefing meeting, limited to two attendees from each Consulting team, will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., local time at the Waterloo WWTP, 340 University Ave. Waterloo. A site tour will be conducted and Regional staff will be available to answer questions and discuss requirements of the project and content of this document. Adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, which must include, at a minimum, hard hat, safety boots, and reflective vest.
