The project involves the construction of approximately 6,900 linear feet of
improvements of Lincoln Avenue from Texas Avenue to University Drive. The existing asphalt
road will be replaced with concrete pavement with curb and gutter with a shared use path on both
sides of Lincoln Avenue. Construction will include, but is not limited to, concrete pavement,
roundabouts, retaining walls, signing and striping, storm sewer, water/wastewater lines, tree
removal, traffic signal infrastructure, and erosion control measures. All proposals shall follow the
format provided by the City of College Station. The City is seeking a construction company with
quality experience in road and utility reconstruction.
