Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of shower wall and floor refinishing at the Dixon Recreation Center as a sole source based on the supplier being the only refinished surface coatings that contain silver ion antimicrobial technology ,which inhibits bacterial growth and provides protection against product degradation, discoloring and odors with a MM-4 bonding agent compatible with the existing surface and preconditions of shower areas. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
