This addendum consists of one (1) page
1. The reference to “Tax Certificate” in the table titled ‘PDF Document 1: Technical Proposal’ in
Section 4 of the RFP is herby deleted and replaced with “Certificate of Compliance”.
The Certificate of Compliance is located on pages 43-45 of the RFP.
