This Addendum consists of 1 page(s).
Items:
1. Bid Opening date has been extended to: Friday, April 26, 2024 at 12:00 PM EST
2. Requirements associated with Davis Bacon and Certified Payroll, 7.4. Residential
Davis Bacon Wages for Orleans County are hereby removed.
3. Acceptable for bidder to enter Not Applicable (N/A) on item(s) and/or price(s) for
units not readily available under Section I Pricing of the Certificate of Compliance
and Price Schedule.
4. Sections D, E, F, G, and H of the Certificate of Compliance and Price Schedule are
required for bid submissions but will not be considered in the overall bid evaluation
scoring criteria.
5. RFQ Section 3.3 METHOD OF AWARD now reads: Awards will be made under the
provisions of 29 V.S.A. ยง 903 with consideration given to the lowest responsible
bidder. The State may award one or more contracts and reserves the right to make
additional awards to other compliant bidders at any time if such award is deemed to
be in the best interest of the State.
