NOTICE AND CALL FOR BID

Green River Parks and Recreation Riverside Memorial Park Playground Replacement

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received electronically through the City’s bidding website at www.publicpurchase.com , on or before 2:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time) on April 5, 2024, at which time all bids in hand will be publicly opened and read.

Specifications, bids forms and other contract documents are on file and may be obtained free of charge at www.publicpurchase.com . Bids are to be submitted electronically through the City’s bidding website at www.publicpurchase.com .

No bid shall be awarded by the City until such time as the City has had sufficient time to study all bids to assure that the bid awarded will meet the standards as set out in the Specifications.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of the bid. Bid Bonds must be issued in the name of the bidder.

The Green River Governing Body hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bids.
