Proposal Solicitation – Navigation Services FY24 (RE-BID)
Wicomico Partnership for Families and Children (WPFC), at the direction of the Wicomico
Local Management Board (LMB), identifies priorities and targets resources for the local
community. This solicitation seeks an organization or organizations, which provide
programming that supports community members in accessing services and resources to meet
housing needs. This RFP will provide guidance for the development and submission of
proposals for these funds, in conformity with the requirements contained herein Proposal
Documents.
Proposal Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Wicomico
County Purchasing Department by either e-mailing the Purchasing department at
purchasing@wicomicocounty.org or by calling 410-548-4805 during normal business hours, or
via the County’s Bids page on the County’s website. Vendors are responsible for checking this
website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Wicomico County is not responsible for the
content of any Proposal Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole
responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed
Proposal Documents.
A Pre-proposal Bidders Conference is scheduled at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 21, 2023
at the Local Management Board, 110 N. Division St., Suite 108, Salisbury, MD 21801.
The last day for questions will be noon on Thursday, December 28, 2023.
Sealed Proposal Documents are due no later than Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. and
will be opened and read aloud in the Purchasing Department located at 125 N. Division Street,
Government Office Building, Room B-3, Salisbury, MD 21801.
Late Proposal Documents will not be accepted.
Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation.
