The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for the redistribution of electricity at Highland Parkway for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BLW Engineers, Inc.
The Project consists of upgrades to the existing electrical systems, new pad mounted transformers, new secondary feeders for all buildings, new tele/data/security conduit system and removal of existing CCTV cameras, headend and wiring
