Lexington County School District One provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per Lexington
County School District One Code section 2105 with a Vendor for the following services:
Contract to Provide Medicaid Fee-for-Service Claiming for Related Services & Nursing Services, Nursing Services Import
Process, Electronic Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts ( LPHA) Referral Module, EdPlan 504 Module & Paperclip,
EdPlan 504 Translation, EdPlan, MTSS- Multi-Tiered System of Support Solutions - Public Consulting Group LLC.
Amount- $151,940.00
2.1. Scope of Work or Project Details
The sole source contractor will provide installation, training, software and support for Medicaid Fee-for-Service Claiming
for Related Services & Nursing Services, Nursing Services Import Process, Electronic Licensed Practitioner of the Healing
Arts ( LPHA) Referral Module, EdPlan 504 Translation, EdPlan, MTSS- Multi-Tiered System of Support Solutions.
The basis for intended sole source includes:
PCG is the only vendor that offers a comprehensive school-based Medicaid management system with electronic LPHA
documents, 504 Plan management system, and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) solution. The combined PCG
service modules serve to holistically support improved processes, best practice, and student outcomes. PCG's unique
software offering will help optimize compliance, transparency, fidelity, collaboration, and efficiency.

3. VENDOR SUBMISSIONS
3.1. Intent to Sole Source Requirement*
Any actual or prospective bidder, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor aggrieved in connection with the
intended award or award of this sole source contract, shall notify the Chief Financial Officer,
and Director of Procurement, in writing of its intent to protest within five (5) business days of the date this
notice is posted. Any actual or prospective bidder, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor who is
aggrieved in connection with the intended award or award of this sole source contract and has timely
