The project consists of furnishing and installing and providing all labor and materials
required for installation of a temporary and permanent traffic signal at the
intersection of FM 1460 at La Conterra Blvd & a traffic signal modification at the
intersection of Williams Dr and VerdeVista/Woodlake Dr and miscellaneous items,
as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in
Section 2.01.
Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the office of Lee
Engineering, 3030 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1660, Dallas, Texas, 75234, 972-248-
3006. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer,
accompanied with a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, which is not refundable.
Bids not accompanied by cashier’s check or bid bond will not be considered.
Bidders should register on the City of Georgetown’s Ebid web site –
https://purchasing.georgetown.org/bid-information/.
Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via
City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before April 24,
2024 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown
Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown,

copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s
Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid
Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and

Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing
