The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids for the construction project: Woods Pump Station Improvements
The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction services for the installation of a concrete pad. Bid package to address removal of existing concrete pad and asphalt drive apron, to be replaced with new concrete drive and pads.
Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at

on or before June 30, 2023, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids may be received by the
City of Georgetown
in the
Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on or before June 30, 2023, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. The entrance to the Purchasing Department is located on the west side of the building. Please call 512-930-3764 upon arrival.
Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th St., Georgetown, Texas 78626.
