Non-Mandatory Site Visit:

Following the pre-proposal meeting, all vendors are welcome and encouraged to tour all tank sites. A designee will take anyone who is interested to each tank on site that day. All will leave from the Pre-Proposal meeting and caravan to each site. Prior to the Pre-Proposal Meeting please contact Kent Davis at kenton.davis@columbiasc.gov with the name of the organization and staff members who will be participating in the Site Visit. Any tanks not seen (due to time) after the Pre-Proposal Meeting will have an opportunity to visit the remaining sites at a time and place designated at the conclusion of the initial site visit. If a more thorough inspection is needed, the vendor must schedule this directly with David Sharpe at David.Sharpe@columbiasc.gov and sign appropriate waivers prior to inspecting.
