Scope of Work
SUI is seeking fuel vendors to provide tank wagon deliveries to the following locations around the state.
Bid price for diesel fuel #1 & #2, bio-diesel additive, E-85, & U87E10 are to a fuel margin that will be added to the DOT rack pricing that is posted daily on our website.
Winter and Summer Additive prices are per treated gallon.
Bidders are to open each Tab of this RFB in Ion Wave from left to right when submitting responses to ensure all requirements are seen. Responses can be done gradually, and the Ion Wave System will save edits done until your final submittal of your bid response.
Communication:
Until a contract is awarded the sole point of contact for the solicitation is the Purchasing Agent identified in the solicitation.
All questions must be directed solely to the Purchasing Agent listed in the bid opportunity. We encourage vendor to upload all questions on or before the question cut off due date and time in ION wave. Responses to questions will be communicated out to vendors via DOT’s ION wave bid system.
Bid Responses shall be submitted within DOT’s ION wave Bid System or signed and prepared in ink or typewritten in the solicitation documents provided. Telephonic, email or facsimile responses shall not be considered.
Contract Award
Award will be made for any one group or combination of groups. All items within a group must be bid to be considered for a group award
Contract Period
The contract period will be from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
Contract Renewal
The Contractor will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for five (5) additional years in twelve (12) month increments.
Contract Quantities
Quantities listed are estimates only. Actual purchases may vary considerably based on actual needs throughout the contract period.
Additional Information
Responders shall furnish any requested information within three (3) working days after notification from the purchasing agent.
