    RFP 23-03800
    The UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) is soliciting Qualifications & Proposals from qualified
    Firms for Lehi Station Development. The result of this solicitation will be for the selected Firm(s)
    to enter into an Exclusive Negotiations Agreement (ENA) with UTA for future development of
    the property via a Master Development Agreement (MDA).
    The proposals are due Wednesday, January 24, 2024, by 2:00 pm.
