Request for Proposal (FV-06.17) Network Wiring for Customer Engagement Center & IT Office

Fort Valley Utility Commission, located in Peach County, proposes to retain the services
of a qualified and licensed Contractor with verifiable experience to perform work
as described for the project Network Wiring for Customer Engagement Center & IT Office.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Oct 16th, 2017 at 1:00 PM.

All sealed bids must be submitted no later than Monday, November 6th, 2017 at 1:00 PM

Any proposals received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened

An original and two (2) paper copies, a total of three (3) plus 1 copy of the proposal on CD or USB Drive in PDF or other electronic format of the proposal shall be submitted in sealed envelopes/packages addressed to Zac Gowen, IT Manager, Fort Valley Utility Commission, and marked Project No. FV-06.17 Network Wiring for Customer Engagement Center & IT Office.

The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The Commission further reserves the right to award the contract to the proposer whose proposal best complies with the requirements.

Proposers may not withdraw their proposal for a period of ninety (90) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
