EWG is seeking proposals from a consultant or a team of consultants to develop a regional training, exercise, and planning project focused on the Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack (CCTA) program and the role of the Intelligence Liaison Officer (ILO) program within the St. Louis Fusion Center.
