The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is releasing this Request for Expressions of Interest to gather information from vendors on the technologies available from the market surrounding the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system including the use of electronic measurement technologies, remote shut-off or flow restriction devices and the measurement of additional signals and instruments in the distribution systems.
