NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids must be submitted through www.publicpurchase.com or hard copies with, one marked original, one marked copy, and two media source (flash drives), properly labeled and clearly marked with the Bid number and description, directed to the City of League City, City Hall, 300 West Walker Street, League City, Texas 77573 will be received until 2:00 PM, Monday, April 15, 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids sent via courier must be sealed in a separate envelope inside of the mailer. The Bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work for the construction of the following project:
