CITY OF O’FALLON, MISSOURI
The City of O’Fallon, Missouri is soliciting bids for services related to replacing a
heat exchanger at City Hall. Specifications are available at www.ofallon.mo.us
under Bid Opportunities.
There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting that will be held on December 7, 2023, at
10:00 AM CST at City Hall at 100 North Main Street, O’Fallon, MO 63366. Lack
of attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting will disqualify a bidder from
being considered for the award of the project.
Interested vendors should submit sealed bids clearly marked “Bid #23-088 City
Hall Heat Exchanger” to the City of O’Fallon, Attn: Christine Grabin, 100 North
Main Street, O’Fallon, MO 63366, by 2:00 P.M. CST, December 14, 2023.
The City of O’Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any
irregularities. The City of O’Fallon also reserves the right to select the lowest
and/or best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion.
