The City of Seaside Utility Box Art Project is meant to enhance cultural and aesthetic qualities of life for the citizens of Seaside. The utility box art project will result in the wrapping of up to eight (8) City utility boxes with original art created by local artists, conveying the history of our community, beautifying the City, and advancing the arts.
