Description:

The City of Seaside (City) seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional environmental and hazardous materials consulting services. Selection will be based on demonstrated expertise in providing support to the City of Seaside Public Works and Engineering Department. The City intends to select up to three consultants. The term of the qualification is for a three-year period, with the option of two (2) one-year extensions through mutual consent between the City and the chosen Consultant.

Interested consultants should possess competency in at least some of the following areas of expertise and documents:
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE)
• Certified Environmental Manager (CEM)
• ABIH Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
• California Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC)
• CDPH Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and Project Monitor
