RE: Addendum #1
This Addendum #1 has been issued to address a few questions received, provide measurements for the lone room at Ridgeview
Elementary, provide some feedback on asbestos abatement and add two additional rooms at South Valley Middle School. See below.
1. For the LVT at Manor Hill Elem. - rooms 8 & 9 - it was only marked as Patcraft: Timber Grove. It should be Patcraft I421V
Timber Grove II (20 mil wear layer/2.5mm thick) in color 00559 Juniper.
2. Asbestos - Rooms that were tested and we were able to get results for that tested positive for known asbestos were located at.
● Franklin Elementary Rooms 5,6,7,16,17,30. Demo at these rooms will be completed by our Asbestos abatement contractor.
● If any other rooms come back positive that we do not have results for a deduct for demo will be asked of the winning
contractor.
3. We did not stop at Ridgeview during our Pre-Bid. The measurement for room 217 at Ridgeview Elementary is 10’x15’.
4. We are adding rooms 109 and 111 at South Valley Middle School. See updated Map below. Also, not included at South Valley
Middle School on the map was a small hall/workroom in the office. This hallway should be included in your measurements of
the admin offices.
