Carolina, located in the Municipal Operations Center, Warehouse Building at 816 East Green
Drive, High Point, NC, until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at which date and
time they will be opened and publicly read for the following:

City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, as may in the judgment of the
Council of the City of High Point, serve its best interest and to waive irregularities and

No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids for a period of sixty
(60) days.
