Aldine ISD solicited sealed proposals for a demolition/clean-up crew. The contract will exist from March, 10 2021 through March 9, 2022 with
an option to renew for 2 additional 1 year periods. The previously awarded vendor was Barnett AC Home Repair and Commercial Services LLC.
The 2019-2020 spend was $125,062.50. There is no guarantee of minimum or maximum purchases; however, the aggregate purchase from a
vendor may exceed $50,000.
The proposal was based on an hourly labor rate for 1 foreman and a 3-man crew and an hourly labor rate for 1 additional crew member.
Specifications were posted to Aldineā€™s website, and an advertisement was placed in the newspaper.
