DHS to provide supported decision-making services and advance supported decision-making program objectives
DHS, through its Aging and Disability Services Division and the Age Friendly Minnesota Council, is seeking to develop and provide supported decision-making programs to Minnesotans to reduce or avoid more restrictive forms of decision making.
The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for up to thirteen months (13 months), from June 1, 2024 until June 30, 2025. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
