Sealed competitive bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 129, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2024 for the purchase of the yearly Water Treatment Plant Chemicals for the Department of Utilities.
