Notice is given that on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and
publicly open separate sealed bids for L77 Lift Station Improvements, Project Number 808688, Contract
Number 23P233.
The L77 Lift Station Improvements project will replace pumps at the existing L77 lift station, add VFDs
and HVAC improvements to the existing lift station building, add a bathroom to the existing building, add
a stationary emergency generator, make site improvements to reroute flow to a larger existing forcemain
system, add screening and landscaping to the lift station site, and make improvements to the existing
forcemain system.
