The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified aviation consulting firms with capabilities to perform owner’s representative services in the area of project and construction management associated with the two projects. The requested owner’s representative services shall provide Project and Construction Management services to support the design and construction phases of two projects: the PVD South Cargo Development project and the construction phase of the OQU Runway 16-34 project. Proposers may submit for consideration for one or both projects, but RIAC reserves the right to award either or neither of the projects to the proposing firm.
