RIAC is seeking experienced firms with demonstrated airport experience in, and thorough knowledge of, planning and developing proactive and responsive marketing and promotional strategies and tactics which target travel consumers, the airlines, travel industry, as well as the public. This RFP is an invitation for experienced marketing firms to submit proposals to RIAC outlining, in detail, their ability to serve as a consultant to RIAC and to assist in the development of comprehensive airport marketing strategies, and plan to ensure the Rhode Island T.
