This contract provides for the accomplishment of brush clearing, tree removal, and debris removal on SEPTA’s Warminster and West Trenton Right-of-Way’s. All work must be completed within (4) four weeks starting on or about June 3, 2024 and finishing no later than June 28, 2024. Adequate manpower and on-track equipment shall be provided by the Contractor to perform the specified tasks as per the dates listed above and details in Section 1.02.

The Contractor is to understand that any such work not specifically mentioned in the specification, but that is necessary for the proper carrying out of the intent thereof, shall be required and applied, and the Contractor shall perform all such work as if it were particularly delineated or described. The Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the specified tasks.
