Vendor shall supply quarterly filter changes and technical support within 24 hours of notification of problems with a unit. Vendor is responsible for evaluating each location to ensure they are fully equipped to have the water coolers installed. If not, vendor should reach out to SEPTA’s point of contact to discuss what is required for installation. Water coolers will be leased as a rental and should be fully electronic, standing hot and cold filtered water dispensers. All 36 machines must be installed as new equipment at beginning of contract.
