EITHER SANITARY SEWER OR STORM SEWER, SMOKE TESTING OF SEWER TO DETECT INTERNAL CRACKS OR LEAKS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS BEGINNING JULY 1, 2023 AND ENDING AUGUST 31, 2025; VENDOR MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF WASTE AND MUST BE WITHIN A 20 MILE RADIUS OF THE PORT OF HOUSTON AUTHORITY (PHA) LOCATED AT 7300 CLINTON DRIVE, GATE 8, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77020 VIA THE MAIN TRUCK ENTRANCE 111 EAST LOOP NORTH EXIT 29, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77029: VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO RESPOND TO SERVICE REQUEST WITHIN 24 HOURS. LIST OF ITEMS IS NOT ALL- INCLUSIVE OTHER SERVICES NOT SHOWN MAY BE REQUIRED AND ORDERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS NEEDED.
