The Town of East Longmeadow (Town) is seeking a qualified vendor, for the replacement of copiers and printers with managed print services:

Requests for Proposals will be available from the Information Technology Department beginning April 8, 2024 during normal business hours. The East Longmeadow Town Manager is the awarding and contracting authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.

Completed proposals are to be submitted no later than 12:00 PM April 24, 2024 to the Information Technology Department, 180 Maple Street, East Longmeadow, MA 01028.
