NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified.

WEST KEN LARK PARK WATER MAIN BID NUMBER: 2024-010

CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA

The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed bids until 2:45 P.M. on February 29, 2024. All bids shall be submitted via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Bids received after 2:45 P.M. EST will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

The City of Lauderhill is seeking bids from qualified proposers, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide services to construct approximately 1,850 linear feet of the West Ken Lark Park Water Main, including a 75-LF aerial crossing of a canal west of the park. The water main extension is to be installed from the point of connection at Georgetown, and along NW 14 ^th Street and NW 33 ^rd Avenue. Such services shall be inclusive of labor, materials and equipment in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein and pursuant to Chapter 750 of the Florida Statutes, as applicable.

Bids will be based on A GRAND TOTAL BASIS OF UNIT PRICE ITEMS. Bids based on a portion of the work will not be considered.

Contract Documents may be examined and obtained on and after January 19, 2024 at IonWave.
