City of St. Louis Office of Violence Prevention Request for Proposals - YOUTH JOBS The City of Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) are seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to provide employment programs to youth between the ages of 12-24 years old. The goal is to reduce the likelihood of youth involvement in criminal activity. The purpose of this RFP is to appropriate $600,000 annually available to appropriate for programs that provide employment opportunities for youth.
