Invitation for Bids/ Proposal
The City of St. George is requesting sealed bids for:
SHAC Leisure Pool Vault Reinforcement (Sand Hollow Aquatic
Center)
BIDS must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to Thursday, February 15th, 2024, 2:00 PM to :
City of St. George Purchasing Dept.
Attn: Mary Wahl

Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside #24-104 SHAC
Leisure Pool Vault Reinforcement
Bids must either be mailed in ahead of time (preferred) or dropped off either at the front desk or via the
drive-through window at City Hall. Please note that late bids for any reason will NOT be accepted.
BIDS shall be opened in an electronic meeting. Notice for the BID opening will be sent to everyone on
the Distribution List prior to the BID opening.
There will be a mandatory pre-BID meeting and site visit @ 1144 N Lava Flow Drive, St. George,
UT on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Bidders shall visit the project site and become
familiar with the existing site conditions. Location of installation will be viewable through a vault
door. If bidders would like to access the vault, they will need to come prepared to get wet (about waist
deep water).
Addenda will only be provided or sent to those on the distribution list.
