JOC 001-2024 John B. Alexander High School Main Gym Roof Restoration
The work described herein shall be added to the scope of work defined by the contract documents or it
shall modify the scope of work defined by the contract documents as described. This work shall become
a part of the contract documents by addendum.
REVISED SCOPE OF WORK
ITEM 01
SCOPE OF WORK
A. Revise item 1.1.1 on page 2 of Terms and Scope of Work to read as follows:
I. Apply Garland CPR synthetic liquid elastomeric roof coating system, GAF
Surface Seal SB roofing coating system or approved equal to approximately
30,000 Sq Ft. of an existing standing seam trapezoidal metal building roofing
surface area.
B. Include new line item into scope of work:
I. 1.24.0 If using GAF Surface Seal SB roofing coating system, apply all required
GAF Surface Seal SB components (GAF Acrylex 400 primer, GAF Flexseal
sealant, GAF Cleaning Concentrate, GAF Premium reinforcing fabric, etc.,) as
required or recommended by the manufacturer.
