Crowley’s Ridge Development Council, Inc. (CRDC) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is accepting sealed bids for the following:
HVAC Contractors to install new units and clean, tune, and evaluate existing units.
Licensed Electricians to install whole house ventilation fans.
Licensed Plumbers to install Rinnai Direct vent heaters
General contractors to supply and install weatherization materials.
The Weatherization Assistance Program works exclusively on homes of low income families in the following counties: Craighead, Greene, Jackson, Crittenden, Poinsett, St. Francis, Woodruff, Mississippi, Cross, Cleburne, Faulkner, and White.
Bidders are required to attend a mandatory bidder’s conference April 2, 2024 at 8:30 AM at the offices of CRDC, 2401 Fox Meadow Lane, Jonesboro, AR 72403
Bid packets will be made available ONLY at this bidders conference.
All bids must be received by CRDC by 9:00 AM Tuesday April 23, 2024.
Late bids will not be considered.
Bids will be opened on Tuesday April 23, 2024 at 9:30 AM at the offices of CRDC.
M/WBE businesses are encouraged to apply.
