Invitation to Bidders:
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Fort Smith Public School
District, will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Ballman Elementary IAQ, located in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Bids will be received until 4:00 pm, November 11th, 2022, and should be addressed or delivered
to the Supervisor of Facilities office, Fort Smith School District, Building “G”, 3205 Jenny Lind Road, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901 or emailed to Antoine Lairy at ALAIRY@CRCRAWFORD.COM There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities.
Bids will be received for the following trade and material packages:

2. Concrete
3. Waterproofing
4. Doors & Hardware
5. Misc Installation
6. Framing, Drywall & Acoustical
7. Painting
8. Plumbing
9. HVAC
10. Electrical

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $35,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and
regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Prescott Public Schools encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
